What documents do I need to rent a motorcycle in Morocco?
You'll need a valid Category A motorcycle license (an international driving permit is required for non-EU and non-US drivers), your passport or national ID, and a credit card in your name for the security deposit. The minimum rider age is 25 years.
Is unlimited mileage really included in the rental?
Yes — every Rentacs Motor rental comes with genuinely unlimited mileage within Morocco. Ride from Casablanca to the Sahara, the Atlas Mountains, the Atlantic coast — no kilometer caps, no hidden surcharges. Cross-border travel requires prior written approval.
Can I pick up in Casablanca and drop off in Marrakech (or vice-versa)?
Absolutely. One-way rentals between our Casablanca CMN and Marrakech RAK locations are available. A modest transfer fee may apply depending on the motorcycle and dates. Just specify your pickup and drop-off locations at booking.
How does the security deposit work?
A refundable security deposit is pre-authorized on your credit card at pickup, typically between €1,000 and €2,500 depending on the motorcycle. The amount is released within 5–10 business days after the bike is returned in good condition. It's a hold only — not a charge — unless damage occurs.
What's covered if I have an accident or a breakdown?
Every booking includes 24/7 roadside assistance throughout Morocco and basic third-party liability insurance. For extended protection, the optional VIP Plus Damage Waiver (€23/day) reduces your deductible to zero. In case of mechanical failure, a replacement motorcycle is provided when available.
