Minimum age is 21 years for cruisers and 25 years for high-displacement touring and adventure bikes (Pan America 1250, V-STROM 1050XT, Road King, Electra Glide Limited, Road Glide Special).

The security deposit depends on your DERF choice: with DERF (recommended), €2,000 is pre-authorized on your credit card at pickup; without DERF, the deposit is €5,000. It is released within 7 days after bike return, assuming no damage. The booking itself requires 30% upfront with the balance due 1 month before pickup.

Third-party liability insurance is included in every rental, as required by Moroccan law. However, it does not cover damage to the rented motorcycle, theft, fire or vandalism — for which you remain personally liable, up to the bike's market value (€12,000–€30,000).

To cap this risk, we offer DERF (Damage Excess Reduction Fee): a contractual service at €25 excl. tax / day that limits your maximum exposure to €2,000 and covers collision, falls, run-off-road, theft (U-lock required), vandalism and fire. With DERF, the security deposit is €2,000 instead of €5,000.

DERF can be added at booking or at the counter on pick-up — never retroactively. Full terms in Articles 6.3 and 6.5 of our General Rental Conditions.

Yes. One-way rentals between Casablanca and Marrakech are available for a flat fee of €120 (covers logistics of returning the bike to its base). Must be requested at booking time.

Yes. Cancellations up to 14 days before pickup are fully refundable. Within 14 days, the 30% deposit is kept as full credit valid 12 months. Date modifications are free of charge subject to fleet availability.
